Maurten's Gel 100 encapsulates energy in a natural hydrogel, built from six ingredients with no added colorants, preservatives or flavors. Where a typical gel is just water and carbohydrate syrup, this one uses a biopolymer matrix carrying a fructose-to-glucose blend at a 0.8:1 ratio, engineered to allow uptake of up to 100 grams of carbohydrate per hour.
