Solid 160

Maurten's Solid 160 is a two-piece, oat- and rice-based chewable fuel bar, one pack holding two mini-bars for 40 grams of carbohydrate split into equal 20-gram servings. It's built as a fast, light, low-fiber, carbohydrate-rich option for the in-between moments of training and racing.

Solid contains the same 40 grams of carbohydrate as Maurten's Gel 160 and Drink Mix 160, part of the brand's modular fueling system for tracking carbohydrate intake across training and racing. Each wrapper holds two 20-gram mini-bars, so it can be eaten whole or split and saved for later.
